Our watches are crafted from premium materials including stainless steel cases, sapphire or mineral crystal glass, and genuine leather or stainless-steel bands. Each component is carefully selected for durability and style and go through a rigorous quality control review with specialized testing for water resistance, strap durability, drop shock resistance, time graphing. Extra Credit- Modern quartz or battery-operated watches are usually more consistently accurate than mechanical wristwatches. Quartz watches typically have an accuracy of +/-1 second per day. Unlike mechanical wristwatches, which are affected by factors like gravity, tolerances, and lubricants, quartz watches maintain consistent time based on their original accuracy. However, certain environments, such as proximity to strong magnetic fields like MRI machines, x-ray equipment in doctors' offices, or dentist offices, can disrupt their accuracy.

All our watches come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship (industry standard only 1 year). The warranty covers any manufacturing defects, but does not cover normal wear and tear, battery replacement, or damage from accidents or misuse.

Most of our watches feature water resistance ranging from 3 ATM to 10 ATM. This means they can withstand splashes and immersion in water up to 30-100ft. Please check individual product specifications for exact water resistance ratings. Our watches- All watches go through a quality control test where it is placed in a machine that mimics water depth by controlling water pressure. If your watch is rated 30M, the machine will increase the water pressure to mimic the depth of 30ft. This qc process guarantees your watch is water resistant before sold. Tip- the water resistance of a watch depends on the silicone gaskets in between the case-case back plate, as well as the crown-case. These gaskets often become brittle and begin to breakdown, even faster with repeated water exposure. So, a watch with repeated water exposure will fail sooner. Best practice- Don't submerge your watch as it ages, you're much more likely to have a failure.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn watches in original packaging. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your watch for a full refund or exchange. We even pay the return shipping.

To keep your watch in optimal condition, avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, and magnetic fields. Clean the case and band regularly with a soft cloth. For leather bands, avoid prolonged water exposure. We recommend professional servicing every 3-5 years.
